The Fiddle Bow Knife originated in the mountains of Tennessee and North Carolina over 100 years ago. In those days, most of the knives had heavy, wedge-shaped blades. By contrast, the blades for the Fiddler Bow Knife were made by grinding down a used hacksaw blade. This thin blade was then crafted into a knife that would glide easily through hot bread, soft tomatoes, hard cheeses, meats and many other foods.

The traditional design of yesteryear is continued when producing today's Fiddler Bow Knife. Made in Blue Ridge, Georgia!
